Hire Requirements
  • Full UK or EU Driving Licence
  • New Style - both photocard and paper counterpart must be presented prior to hire.
  • Old style licence is still acceptable but must be accompanied by photo ID such as a passport.
  • Relevant licence specification for vehicle
  • Please check your licence to ensure that you are eligible to drive the vehicle you wish to hire
  • Age restrictions
  • Named drivers must be minimum of 21 years old and a maximum age of 75.
  • Drivers aged 21-22 must have held licence for 2 years and have a clean driving record
  • Drivers aged 23-24 must have held licence for 2 years with a maximum of 1 minor endorsement 
  • Mini bus & MPV hire is restricted to drivers aged 25 and over

 
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of address i.e. recent utility bill or bank statement required prior to hire
  • Insurance excess
  • Basic excess is £500 for named drivers aged 25 and over
  • Drivers aged 21-24 attract a £700 excess
  • Insurance excess deposit
  • Imprint of credit / debit card required
  • Payment Terms
  • Cheque with guarantee card, cash, credit/debit card
