Can more than one person drive the vehicle?

Additional named drivers can be added to the hire agreement at a surcharge of £10 per person.

When can I collect and return the vehicle?

Vehicles can be collected and returned between 8.00am and 6.00pm Mon-Fri 8.00am and 12.00pm Saturday 9.00am and 10.00am Sunday.

What documents do I need to provide to hire a vehicle?

Two forms of ID with your address on such as drivers licence and utility bill.
Old style drivers licences must be supported by photo ID e.g. passport or ID card.
New style drivers licences must be presented in full (both the photo card and the paper counterpart)

Am I able to hire a vehicle with endorsements on my drivers licence?

This depends on the age and nature of the offence,. Please contact one of the hire team to discuss

Can I take a vehicle out of the UK?

Yes you can with our prior consent, please consult with one of the hire team who will advise you of any additional costs and documentation required

How old do I have to be to hire a vehicle?

Minimum age for mini bus and MPV hire is 25, all other vehicles minimum age is 21
Between age 21-22 you must hold a clean driving licence and have been driving for more than two years

Do I have to leave a deposit?

We need an imprint of a credit card to secure against loss or damage of the vehicle
Age 21 - 24, £700 deposit required
Age 25+, £500 deposit required
